In this post, we will review the paper Morphing and Sampling Network for Dense Point Cloud Completion presented by Liu et al. at the AAAI 2020 in New York. We will take a quick look at the motivation and previous approaches on point cloud completion and then dive into the network architecture and review the experiments conducted on the network. To close off I present a conclusion and my view on the paper.
